INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Participation in SO CHIC SO CANNES events is subject to approval and unconditional compliance with the rules. The SO CHIC SO CANNES closet space is organized by ID FILMS CONSULTANT, according to the laws in force authorizing it. SO CHIC SO CANNES cannot be held responsible if the event does not take place in the event of force majeure and the exhibitors undertake not to claim any compensation. SO CHIC SO CANNES reserves the right to refuse access to the empty dressing room or to expel any person whose behavior, in their opinion, justifies such an action. The opening hours for the public depend on the location. SO CHIC SO CANNES will only take into consideration complete files paid for by the exhibitor. - All exhibitors undertake to promote SO CHIC SO CANNES with the means at their disposal (website, social networks, etc.). SO CHIC SO CANNES reserves the right to refuse the accreditation of a stand without having to justify itself. Requests are only taken into account to the extent of available space. The location is allocated by SO CHIC SO CANNES with priority to the first registrants. Any duly completed request will be validated by email by SO CHIC SO CANNES. SO CHIC SO CANNES disclaims all liability caused by the exhibitor even outside the opening hours of the empty dressing room. If an exhibitor is found responsible for damage to the premises or their content, he will bear the costs thereof. All stands must be completely set up at the latest for the opening to the public. The arrival and departure times will be specified one week at the latest before the date of the sale. Exhibitors are required to respect the safety measures for the dressing room as well as the locations, dimensions and layout of the stands provided. - The stand must be returned in the same conditions as before the event. Any exhibitor undertakes not to repack his stand before the end of opening hours to the public. Erotic products are prohibited for sale. Counterfeiting is prohibited, under penalty of immediate expulsion and without reimbursement of the rental of the stand. Unauthorized display is prohibited in the rented spaces. The stand must be permanently occupied during opening hours to the public. The exhibitor agrees to properly sell the 5 dominant brands that he has specified in his form. registration and validated by SO CHIC SO CANNES. The stands can engage in all activities, as long as these do not contravene any of the articles of these regulations or the safety instructions, and that they do not disturb neighboring stands. Audio and video devices are allowed as long as they are connected to headphones. Noise pollution will be severely punished. Smoking is prohibited in all the places privatized by SO CHIC SO CANNES. Animals are prohibited inside the empty dressing room. Any dispute arising in the execution of these regulations will be the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grasse which will apply French law, the French language text of these regulations prevailed.
